Book Swap responsiblitys

Each girl has taken a bin that they will drop off at different schools after contacting the principal of that school. The school will then put books in the bins and they would be checked daily by the girls and be traded at the book swap on December 4th.
 McCoy- Arianna,Catrina and Breonna
Village-Elsa,Marina,Ally and Katie
Frost-Catrina
CMS-Elsa
Library-Reanna
Williams-Chloe
Purl-Arianna and Breonna
Cooper-Arianna
Ford-Ally and Elsa

Picket-Marina

Before the girls give the bins to the schools, they must contact the principal and ask for permission to set up the bins, along with telling them about the book swap.It would be wiser to send an email or letter instead of showing up and asking because these people are very busy and you may catch them in a bad mood. Be sure to introduce yourself in your email/letter.Thanks!

Spa Weekend

Get ready for our Spa Weekend!   Please have the girls bring (in addition to all their overnight and camping gear) markers, glue and scissors.  We have several craft projects picked out!  The weather looks like it will be cool (30's at night and 50's during the daytime), so pack accordingly.

Thinking Day! Things to Bring on Wednesday...

Because we are doing food this year, if your girls have time please get them to look up Australian foods that we could possibly make for Thinking Day. Also we need ideas for Australian themed swaps... Bring your ideas, preferably printed out, on Wednesday!
